Kismet is a wireless network scanner for unix. I use it on my Dell laptop running Linux. Sometimes (depending on the target area of the scan) I convert the resulting files to html files using the Kismet Log Viewer.

I have done scans by bike (warbiking?) and by train (wartraining? wartraindriving?), by car (a few) and by bus (also a few). The usual mode is by bike, that works best (I think) in the city areas of the Netherlands. A picture of my 'wardriving rig'

I may update this page sometimes, but the daily wardriving logs would just overflow it.
