Thinkbroadband, a site about ADSL/cable internet in the UK asked UK broadband providers about IPv6 and got some interesting answers, including:
"[IPv6] has not been released in the market"
"We support IP version 5, but I'm not too sure about 6"
"[We] would advise you to use version 4 [..] Version 6 never always works"
These are the companies which will face the IPv4 address shortage when you want a connection. Ok, these answers are from the support desk and not from network design but still...
