Just had a look at backscatterer.org (one of the IPs I'm testing zabbix rbl checks on is listed). And found this gem:This IP is temporary listed. The listing will expire automatically and free of charge 4 weeks after the last abuse is seen from that IP.Lots of terms I can think of, but my first one which is nice enough to publish is 'extortion racket'.
