Good news, the website of xs4all is reachable via IPv6 now: 
www.xs4all.nl has address 194.109.6.92
www.xs4all.nl has IPv6 address 2001:888:0:18::80
This means long work with load-balancers has finally resulted in something which can deal with the load and the wishes of xs4all.

My congratulations to xs4all and the people who made this possible!
